Elite Phoenix Construction was founded with a single purpose: to bring enterprise-level construction management to Indiana's fastest-growing commercial sector: restaurants, retail, and hospitality.
Founded in January 2025, Elite Phoenix is a new company built by a veteran team. Based in Fishers with deep roots in Hamilton County, we combine the agility of a local partner with the systems and expertise of seasoned operators, a founding team whose combined track record spans 95+ projects and hundreds of millions of dollars delivered across two continents.
What sets us apart is our specialization. We understand the specific demands of food-service construction: health department compliance, grease interceptors, commercial kitchen exhaust systems, and the accelerated timelines that franchise operators depend on. We don't just build; we enable openings.
